Crimson Hotels is a fast-growing, independently owned hotel company, where our goal is to make your trip as relaxing and pleasant as possible. Founded in 1995, we currently own and manage 9 hotels with over 2,000 bedrooms, located in the United Kingdom, Portugal and Dubai.

These range from limited service through to luxury lifestyle properties, each selected based on their prime location, history and amenities, with packages to suit all budgets and individual needs. Crimson Hotels has many years of experience and a complete understanding of the hotel industry with an emphasis on customer focus and customer loyalty as our core feature.

In the UK, our hotels operate under major brands, Hilton and IHG, both highly respected and world-renowned.

Our property in Portugal is currently closed for a very exciting complete renovation and transformation due to reopen in 2025.

As a business, we aim to connect people through exceptional hospitality experiences while making a sustainable impact on our community. We’re proud to share that The Trafalgar St. James, 100 Queen’s Gate, DoubleTree by Hilton – West End, and DoubleTree by Hilton – Victoria have already achieved Green Key accreditation, with the rest of our hotels set to follow. To that end, our hotels have formed Green Teams dedicated to reviewing and enhancing their sustainability efforts, working towards meeting this prestigious standard.

We are always considering new locations and destinations, with more plans for expansion in the future.
