The meeting room has a separate entrance from the carpark, as well as a private foyer with a bar and a separate bar inside the room. It is a versatile function room, suitable for a variety of events from large meetings, product launches to self-catering events. Windsor Suite

The Windsor Suite is located on the ground floor, past Bar92 and in the Conference Wing of the hotel. It also has a foyer area and separate entrance from the carpark. With plenty of natural daylight and air-conditioning, this room is an ideal venue for private meetings, workshops and private dining. It can accommodate up to 100 people theatre style. This room is divisible into three sections, Windsor 1, Windsor 2 and Windsor 3, which can accommodate up to 20 people and Windsor 1 & 2 and Windsor 2 & 3 can accommodate up to 40 people. All 3 suites are equipped with a projector and screen.

The Crowne Plaza London — Gatwick Airport is in a prime location, ideally located for business or pleasure. Crawley town centre is within walking distance and Gatwick Airport is a short drive away (3.5 miles). The hotel is also an ideal base from which to explore the local area and the City of Brighton and Hove is only 20 miles away. A shuttle bus service operates between the hotel and both the North and South Airport terminals, operating every 40 mins from 04:19 through to 23:49.  Taxis are bookable at the front desk.
